Christina
I am a dedicated and compassionate support worker with a strong corporate background, having spent most of my career as an Executive Assistant before transitioning into the disability support field. This change has been deeply meaningful, allowing me to use my organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support individuals in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.
I hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care & Disability), which has strengthened my practical skills and reinforced my commitment to high-quality, person-centred care. I have experience supporting a diverse range of clients and continue to grow in confidence and capability within my role.
My empathetic nature, combined with my professional experience, enables me to build trusting relationships and provide thoughtful, reliable support tailored to each individual. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, cooking, and spending time in the garden. I am highly motivated, friendly, and committed to making a lasting, positive difference in the lives of those I support, and I feel privileged to be part of their journey.
