Hi I’m Mary, a seasoned Enrolled Nurse and healthcare professional with over 40 years of experience in mental health, dementia care, community nursing, and NDIS-based support services. Throughout my career, I have worked across clinical, managerial, educational, and compliance roles, giving me a strong balance of hands-on care experience and leadership skills. 

I am fluent in Greek and Macedonian, which allows me to provide culturally aware support and build strong connections with both clients and teams. I am known for my adaptability, conflict resolution skills, and ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement, quality care, and staff development.
