Dahlia

Hi, I’m Dahlia, a Psychology graduate from Monash University with a long-standing passion for helping people feel understood. I have experience supporting individuals with diverse needs across psychology clinics, psychiatric wards, and community helplines. This has included working with people experiencing trauma, complex PTSD, mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis, ASD, and global intellectual delay.

These experiences have shaped my commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed care. I believe in looking beyond a diagnosis or behaviour to understand each person’s story, strengths, environment, and individual support needs. My approach is warm, calm, and respectful, with a focus on helping people feel safe, heard, and empowered to build confidence and independence.

Outside of work, I enjoy creative activities such as art, drawing, and ceramics. I also love travelling, exploring new places, trying new experiences, and staying active at the gym.
