Isaac

I am a dedicated support worker with over five years of experience across the aged care and disability sectors. I am passionate about supporting people to live with greater independence, confidence, and dignity. I take a compassionate, person-centred approach and believe the most important starting point is understanding what truly matters to each individual. From there, I work alongside people to support them in achieving their goals in a practical, encouraging, and strengths-based way.

I hold a Certificate IV in Disability and a Certificate IV in Community Services. These qualifications, combined with my experience, allow me to provide high-quality support grounded in best practice and industry standards.

I value building genuine rapport and creating a safe, respectful space where people feel heard and supported. I bring patience, consistency, and a calm presence to my work, while also encouraging progress, independence, and positive change.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading, and cooking, as well as exploring new places and listening to music. Staying active and continually learning are important to me, and they contribute to the positive, growth-focused approach I bring to my role.
