Hi, I’m James. I’ve worked in disability support for the past couple of years across day programs and community-based roles. I value clear communication, consistency and respect, and I bring a steady, practical approach to my work. Outside of work, I enjoy collecting records and collaborating on electronic music and sound-based projects, as well as running and bouldering. Those outlets help me stay grounded in my role.
