Josie

Hi, I’m Josie. I’m a mum of three adult children and hold a Certificate IV in Disability. I have previous experience working as a support worker across SDA and SIL settings, as well as day programs and community support. 

I’m passionate about supporting people with disability to live fulfilling, independent and joyful lives while remaining connected to their families and communities. I enjoy building genuine, positive relationships and supporting each person in a way that respects their individual goals, choices and independence. 

Outside of work, I love travelling, spending time with animals, and listening to a good ’80s or ’90s song that gets me up on the dance floor! I also enjoy quieter moments at home, relaxing on the couch with our dog, baking and gardening.
