Hi, I'm Jude. I am a compassionate and reliable Support Worker with over four years of experience supporting people with disabilities and complex support needs. I take pride in providing person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing while helping people achieve their individual goals. I enjoy building genuine, trusting relationships and creating a safe, respectful, and positive environment where people feel valued and supported. 

Outside of work, I enjoy watching football, listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and staying active in my community.
