Hi, I'm Leisa! I'm currently completing my Diploma of Community Services and have more than six years of experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds in complex, high-pressure environments. I take a person-centred approach to support and am passionate about building genuine relationships where people feel respected, heard, and empowered. I'm naturally curious, easy to talk to, and believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and without judgement. 

Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, reading, spending time with my dogs, and researching interesting and unusual topics. I also enjoy a good laugh and believe that celebrating the little wins and providing consistent support can make a meaningful difference.
