My 30 years’ experience in the personal care industry has allowed me to engage with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, facilitating my confident interaction with others, ability to work well in groups, and instilled in me certain values when dealing with clients, including a respectful and friendly demeanor. I pride myself on my high level of customer service and professionalism, with an emphasis on the value of my colleagues and respect in the workplace. I have worked as a support care worker across Western Australia, New South Wales, 

Queensland, and for two years when I visited New Zealand. Living at a nursing post in outback Western Australia for one year, I assisted healthcare professionals and volunteered to support 

Indigenous Australians. These experiences taught me the value of perseverance and empathy, which I plan to carry forward in my career and personal development.
