Hi, I’m Sam, a 39-year-old support worker I’m calm, reliable, and easy to get along with, and I genuinely enjoy helping people feel comfortable and supported at home and in the community. I can assist with household tasks, errands, outings, and companionship, always with a person-centered approach.

I have lived experience and have built a strong foundation in tools I’ve also spent many years in men’s groups, where I’ve learned the value of brotherhood, accountability, and dependable relationships. Through my recovery journey and coaching practice, I’ve seen how much confidence and resilience grow when people feel supported and believe in themselves.
