Hi, I’m Tom (he/him), a 30-year-old support worker originally from Perth, Western Australia. I have a background in government service delivery, where I supported people to navigate complex systems and access the services they needed. This experience helped me develop strong communication skills, patience under pressure, and the ability to adapt my approach to each individual. I’m passionate about providing person-centred support that promotes independence, confidence, and dignity. I aim to create a safe and respectful environment where people feel heard and supported in working towards their goals, whether that’s day-to-day assistance or building long-term skills. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, painting, and the occasional hike. These interests help me stay balanced and bring calm, positive energy into my work.
