Hi, I’m Yasmeen. I’ve been working as a Support Worker for over 2 years. I’m passionate about supporting people with disability to feel confident, independent, and empowered in their everyday lives. I really enjoy solving complex problems and finding creative ways to make things easier and more manageable for the people I support. Whether it’s daily routines, community access, personal care, or working towards personal goals, I’m patient, adaptable, and always ready to think outside the box. I value kindness, respect, and person-centered care.
